A monumental French Art Deco ceramic sculpture of three lionesses in motion, finished in a tactile white orange-peel glaze.

The textured white glaze gives depth to the three stylised lionesses. A tiny natural snail shell is embedded in the ceramic, an incidental trace of manufacture. Structurally sound, with no significant chips or cracks; minor glaze irregularities are consistent with age and hand production.
